iPLAE - High School Strength & Conditioning SELECT

This gives the high school athlete or non-athlete the opportunity to train with direction as it pertains to strength training. Similar to a collegiate strength program, athletes will get a workout based on their sport(s) of participation and individual needs. Participants learn the correct form and technique with all types of lifts in order to increase strength, speed, explosiveness, and remain injury free. 

FOCUS: Improve speed, strength, and power while preparing for college.

WHO: 9th - 12th grade

WHEN: Mon - Fri., 2:45 - 4:00pm
