STRIDES Strength Academy

STRENGTH ACADEMY is for adults in the pursuit and development of improved strength and movement mechanics to improve overall performance. These sessions include lifting techniques, functional training and prepare participants for applications in everyday sport and recreational activity.

1. Participants will participate in appropriate warm-up and flexibility training, in conjunction with, corrective exercise, general muscle activation, and injury prevention.

2. Participants will be active in all phases of periodization to an annual plan during the sport seasons.

3. Program design and exercise technique for the following areas of training: resistance training (free weight, machines, alternative and non-traditional modes), plyometric training, speed and agility training, rehabilitation and reconditioning.

4. Participants will receive supplemental materials via email delivery. Materials include workout videos (in case you miss), handouts, recorded and live webinars, and more. Topics include, but not limited to, resistance training, plyometrics, conditioning, metabolic training, nutrition, injury prevention.

On-site training sessions are held M-TH from 12:00pm – 1:00pm (60mins), located at STRIDES Human Performance Institute.

Strength Academy will generally follow a 13 week format split into (3) 4 week sections with one week of Active Strength Recovery after 12 weeks.

Evaluations and assessments for those enrolled in the on-site program will be conducted on the first day of training. Follow-up assessment will be done at the completion of the 4 weeks.

COST:

Digital membership $57/month

The cost for less than 8 sessions is $57 + $25 per class.

8 STRIDES on-site training sessions (2 per week, you choose the days), plus digital membership $187.00

Additional Sessions: $10 per class.
